Naturopathy Day is observed annually in India on 18 November to promote positive physical and mental health through naturopathy, a drugless system of medicine. Mahatma Gandhi is regarded as the founding figure of Naturopathy in India, as it was largely through his efforts that this practice, which originated in Europe, gained widespread recognition and popularity in the country.
